Use the full trial before requesting a refund. If it does not meet your expectations, we will assist with a refund. See our shipping policy and contact page.

Easy 3-Step Refund Process

Confirm you are within the 180-day guarantee. Check your confirmation email or packing slip for the ship date.

Contact us for a refund: email with "Refund Request" in the subject line to support@DentaVive.com.

Return all bottles (used, unused, or unopened) to the address below. You pay return postage. Use a trackable method and email us the tracking ID.

Your full name, order number (from confirmation email), and the email used for the order.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund. You will get an email when it is processed. Refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
