Addresses are verified via US postal service where applicable. Verify your address at USPS.com (domestic). We ship Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays.

If a package is refused, the shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the product.
We primarily use United Parcel Service (UPS). We cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages. Contact us for delivery issues. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
International shipping to some countries may take 4–6 weeks or up to 8–12 weeks in rare cases. We are not responsible for customs delays. Extra fees may apply for some destinations.
Orders go into fulfillment quickly. To cancel, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot cancel once processed or shipped. If shipped, you may refuse the package or return it and request a refund. See our refund policy.
You are responsible for entering the correct address. We are not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address you provided. We cannot change the address after processing or shipping. If the package is returned, we can reship or refund.
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, we do not offer refunds. Contact the carrier (e.g. USPS) for assistance.
For a full refund, return all bottles (full, empty, or partial, including bonus bottles) within 180 days of purchase. Include a note with: Order ID, full name, address, email, phone, and packaging slip if available. Failure to return all bottles may result in a partial refund.
Returns must arrive within 180 days of purchase. You pay return shipping. After we receive and verify, we will credit your account; refunds may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
